DIET! SIAO LIAO LA

Dun luff people. yes, i'm going on a diet to loose all those spare tyres i have. =( although jy dun allow me to diet. but bo bian, i si bei ai sui (vain).

1) go jogging once every 2 days
2) no carbonated drinks or sweet drinks only drink mineral water
3) no fried food
4) decrease in take of meat
5) no food after 8 pm if wan only take apple
6) one day only eat 1 half-full meal

SIAO LIAO LA! that's the 6 stuffs i gotta do. sian mens. dunno this time must take how long liao =( that time took 6 months, hope this time take 4 months or 5 months can liao. =( anyway if i never eat, pls dun ask whether i'm on a diet, cause a fucking pig will know that if a person skip a meal means his on a diet, pls dun ask such question pls if not i will group u to a group call "AASQ club" (always ask stupid question club) and i have put jasmine as the leader of the club. thank u guys. all i need are ur support. that's the most important! thanks guys.
